Grease Trap Cleaning
Grease traps are used to separate the grease from the water as dishes, pots and pans are cleaned. The grease enters the chamber and floats on top of the water as it cools down in a collection chamber. This accumulated grease must be removed periodically depending on the amount and type of cooking. The kitchens have pipes connected to municipal drains to allow the water drain away but there is always a certain amount of grease that escapes the grease trap and subsequently slowly clogs up the pipes.
Epsco is able to remove all grease from the traps and inspect the inside of pipes with a drain camera and clean the pipes with High pressure water to remove the built-up grease.
